  • Vendor Operations: To manage Vendor accounts, process payouts, calculate commissions, and administer the marketplace.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, EasyPaisa), shipping and logistics, email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
  • Vendors/Sellers: When you purchase a Product from a Vendor, we share your name, shipping address, and order details with that Vendor to fulfil your order. The Vendor is responsible for handling your data in accordance with their own privacy practices and our Vendor Agreement.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a law enforcement request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal data.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

  • Order Data: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and commercial record-keeping requirements under Pakistani law.
  • Support Communications: Retained for 3 years after the resolution of your enquiry.
  • Marketing Preferences: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely.

When your data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you.

By using our Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to Pakistan and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
